    Is there a correlation between a monitor's DPI resolution and ELF
    emissions?


DISCUSSION

    The refresh rate (the number of times a video image is refreshed on the
    screen) determines the frequency at which ELF is emitted, but the refresh
    rate does not increase the amplitude or levels of ELF emitted from the
    monitor. Crisp color graphics require a wider video bandwidth than
    text-based systems, so there is the possibility of increased VLF and high
    frequency emissions, but the ELF spectrum remains unchanged.
