    Mac OS 9.1 resolves an issue present in Mac OS 9.0.4 in which the computer may stop responding when a function key is pressed by a user logged in with Restricted Finder or Panels access.

DISCUSSION

    Symptom

    While logged in with access to the Restricted Finder or Panels environment, pressing a function key causes the computer to stop responding.
