    The Print Service log may not report multiple copies of the same file.

DISCUSSION

    Symptom

    If you print multiple copies of a file or multiple pages per sheet from a Mac OS 9 or Windows computer, only the first copy is reported in the Print Service log.

    Solution

    This is a known limitation of the Print Service log.
