    Log Viewer does not display the log for a newly created print queue until you quit and reopen Server Admin.


DISCUSSION

    Symptom

    The pop-up menu in the Print Service window of Log Viewer does not offer the name of a newly created or renamed print queue.

    • Mac OS X Server 10.0

    Solution

    Follow these steps:
      1. Quit and reopen Server Admin.
      2. Click Log Viewer and select Print Service.

    The pop-up menu in the Print Service window should now offer a log for the newly created or renamed print queue.
