Symptom The pop-up menu in the Print Service window of Log Viewer does not offer the name of a newly created or renamed print queue. Products affected Solution Follow these steps:
2. Click Log Viewer and select Print Service. The pop-up menu in the Print Service window should now offer a log for the newly created or renamed print queue. |
