    Why doesn't my Macintosh IIvx support black and white mode on my 12" RBG
    Display?

DISCUSSION


    The Macintosh IIvx internal video logic does not support one bit per pixel
    mode on the 12" RBG Display.

    When the Monitors desk accessory is launched, only 2, 4, 8, and 16 bits per
    pixel options are offered for that display.

    There may be some applications that require black and white mode.
