How to reset a forgotten At Ease password.

1. Place the Utilities disk in the floppy disk drive, and turn the computer on. This starts the computer with the system on the Utilities disk, instead of the hard drive's system folder. This allows you to bypass At Ease and the password.
2. Open the hard-drive window.
3. Open the System folder.
4. Open the Control Panels folder.
5. Double-click the At Ease Setup icon.
6. In Change Password, enter a new password, or press the Delete key to remove any type of password protection.
7. Close the At Ease Setup control panel and restart your computer.
