    After installing System 7.x on my Macintosh computer with a Radius video card, the pointer freezes in the upper left corner of the display. What is causing this?

DISCUSSION


    This is caused by incompatible ROMs on the Radius Video card.

    Workarounds
    -----------
    *╩Go back to an earlier version of Apple System software (6.0.8 or earlier).

    *╩Contact Radius to update the ROMs. If the card is under warranty, the upgrade is free. If the card is not under warranty there is a cost to upgrade the ROMs.
