DISCUSSION Traditionally, Apple has advertised the processor's bus clock speed as the speed of the CPU. In the case of the PowerBook 500 series, this is 33Mhz. On the other hand, the DOS world has advertised the processor clock speed, which is twice the bus clock speed, for certain processors.
