    I cannot get my DOS Compatibility Card in my Power Macintosh 6100 to recognize my external CD-ROM drive. I can get the internal CD-ROM drive to operate properly, but not the external.

DISCUSSION


    The current software for the DOS Compatibility Card does not support multiple CD-ROM devices. If you have an internal CD-ROM, then you cannot use your external CD-ROM drive when you are using MS-DOS.
