DISCUSSION
The following table includes the memory configurations for Apple Workgroup and Network Servers. For information about upgrading the memory in another Macintosh computer, use the search string "memory configurations" to locate the following articles: Note: 128 MB DIMMs are available and can fit into the memory slots on the Workgroup Server 7250 and 8500 computers. However, these DIMMs have not been tested with these computers and are therefore not supported by Apple. Note: The Network Server 500 and 700 ship with and support parity DIMMs for error checking. Although parity DIMMs are not required, they are recommended.
