On PowerBooks with color dual-scan passive-matrix displays, you may notice a thin horizontal line at the middle of the display. This article describes why it may appear.
DISCUSSION
The dual-scan color passive-matrix display actually consists of two displays butted up against each other. A thin horizontal line may be visible where the two displays meet each other in the middle. This is normal. The following PowerBook models contain color dual-scan passive-matrix displays and will exhibit this line: |
