DISCUSSION
The Power Macintosh G3 all-in-one computers were developed to deliver the features most requested by educators today--in a single, convenient package. These new educational systems provide state-of-the-art technology and outstanding performance that make multimedia creation and playback more accessible--and more affordable--than ever. Their all-in-one design, strongly favored by educators, is just the start. The Power Macintosh G3 all-in-one computers are extraordinarily easy to set up and use. They even provide built-in Ethernet, which makes their efficient integration into your existing school network a snap. The Power Macintosh G3 all-in-one computers also include a host of features designed to make it easy to expand your system, including three PCI slots, three memory slots, and ready access to system components. And they offer some truly education-specific features, including two front headphone jacks, a backplane designed for inset cables, and security options. But the real breakthrough is their outstanding performance. Built around the same high-performance PowerPC G3 processor that sparked the success of Apple's current line of desktop systems, these computers eliminate the educator's traditional trade-off between power and economy. In fact, this advanced processor enables the Power Macintosh G3 all-in-one computers to provide more than twice the performance of previous systems--affordably. Another area of vital importance to educators that requires outstanding system performance is multimedia. The Power Macintosh G3 all-in-one computers make it more affordable than ever, by including video input/output capabilities as well as multimedia content creation and video-editing tools.** The Power Macintosh G3 all-in-one computers were designed to meet and exceed the needs of educators: They combine convenience and affordability with state-of-the-art technology for teaching and learning today--and flexibility for the future.
