    When I get "Info" on my iMac hard drive, I have noticed the following number in the "Comments" window: 694-1108 . What does that mean?

DISCUSSION

    That number identifies the software bundle that came with your computer. This numbering system is being used on all Macintosh computers at this time. Here is a chart that lists the software bundle number associated with each iMac release.
