I have a hard drive that has been formatted by SoftRAID formatting software. After installing Mac OS 9 on my Macintosh, I can no longer access the hard drive that was formatted by SoftRAID. Can you explain?
DISCUSSION It is likely that you are using an older version of SoftRAID. Version 2.2 of SoftRAID is required for compatibility with Mac OS 9. Note: Version 2.2 of SoftRAID is the only version that supports the Power Macintosh G4 computers. This article provides information about a non-Apple product.
