The Apple Protection Plan CD contains a diagnostic program named TechTool Deluxe.

TechTool Deluxe is an abridged version of the TechTool Pro diagnostic utility made by MicroMat. TechTool Deluxe is available only through Apple by purchasing the Apple Protection Plan for your Macintosh computer.
