TOPIC Using AppleWorks 5 to print documents containing images, when logged in to a Macintosh Manager 1.3 server, may result in black pages or a thin black band across the bottom of the page.
DISCUSSION
Symptom If you log in to a Macintosh Manager 1.3 server as a user, and use AppleWorks 5 to print a document containing an image, sometimes a solid black page is printed. Alternatively, a thin black band may be printed across the bottom of the page.
Products affected Solution Turn off the Macintosh Manager feature that prints User & Workgroup information at the top or bottom of documents. This is what causes a black page or thin black band to print.
