I'm using System Software Mac OS 8 with a Color StyleWriter 4xxx. Sometimes when I go to print a window, the "Print Window" menu item is greyed out. What's wrong?

The simple workaround to this problem is to select Page Setup from the File menu first, and the "Print" menu item will show up. This bug will be resolved in future versions of the printer driver for the CSW 4000 series printers.
