    I was told that I can turn Appletalk on/off using the Appletalk control panel under OS 7.5.2 and above. How do I do this?

DISCUSSION

    To turn Appletalk on or off using the Appletalk control panel use the following steps:
      1. Open the Appletalk control panel
      2. Go to the edit menu
      3. Select user mode
      4. Select either advanced or administration
      5. Select OK
      6. Click the option button in the lower right hand corner of the Appletalk control panel
      7. Turn appletalk on or off
      8. Click OK
      9. Close the Appletalk control panel
      10. Save the changes
