    Some functions of the Network Assistant 3.0/3.0.1 do not work properly if the Macintosh, used as the administion machine, is running Mac OS 8.1 and has an HFS+ formatted volume.

DISCUSSION

    The "Software version Report" window and the "Open Application" window indicates that no items were found.

    These functions of the Network Assistant will work properly on a Mac OS standard formatted volume.

    This issue is addressed in Network Assistant 3.5.
