    Clarify the 768MB limit. Is it just a qualification issue? Or a real physical limit.

DISCUSSION

    The Maximum DIMM sizes tested were 64MB DIMMs which limits the total supported memory configuration to 768MB. 128MB DIMMs are untested so are not supported even if the total is less than 768MB.

    Not only is the hardware untested with 128MB DIMMs, the OS has not been tested with memory configurations larger than 768MB. Larger memory configurations may yield unpredictable results.
