    The Mac OS 8.6 Update installer improperly fails to update the Internet Access extension.

DISCUSSION

    The changes from version 1.2 to 1.3 are minor and should not affect normal function or use. This will be corrected in future versions of the Mac OS Installer/Updater.

    The full Install CD of Mac OS 8.6 installs Internet Access 1.3
