    This article describes an issue with iBook (FireWire) computers and Kensington TurboRing trackball drivers.


DISCUSSION

    Symptom

    The iBook (FireWire) computer's trackpad does not respond when Kensington TurboRing trackball drivers are installed. This occurs whether the trackball is connected or not.

    Solution


      1. Disable the Kensington ADB Startup extension.

      2. Restart the computer.
