    After installing the MiroMotion DC30 hardware and software, the MiroMotion JPEG A compressor and the source Miro DC30 are not selected or available in Premiere, video input menu or the video input menu is greyed out.

DISCUSSION

    Using the Extensions Manager, make sure the 3 Miro extensions are enabled, check the "Installer Log File" in the MiroMotion DC30 folder for any errors, and check if the System Folder/Extensions contains the following:
    • MiroMotion DC30 AudioIn
    • MiroMotion DC30 AudioOut
    • MiroMotion DC30 Driver
    • MiroMotion DC30 QT
    • MiroMotion DC30 Lib

    If these files are present, reset PRAM.
