Overview
Welcome to the Apple Support Discussion area!
If you have a question about a technical problem you experience with an Apple product, or feedback of a technical nature you would like to offer to Apple, this is the place to post it. Your post will be available to customers with Internet access worldwide. If you can answer a question posted to the forum or offer suggestions which may help assist another person on the forum, we welcome and encourage your participation.
This area is intended to address technical issues. Discussions of Apple policies and procedures, speculations about future Apple decisions, questions about unreleased products, and issues with repair procedures are not appropriate. Posts that are not directly related to a technical support issue, are only complaints, or contain abusive language are not appropriate. Posts which are not appropriate will be removed from the discussion board.
Posts containing take-apart questions not covered in the product's User's Manual will not be addressed by Apple due to safety and legal concerns.
Apple agrees to maintain these discussion forums and read all posts from customers. Apple personnel will focus on gathering feedback which will be forwarded to the appropriate Apple group and correcting erroneous information in the forums. Due to post volume and other factors, Apple may not respond promptly, or at all, to every question posted. The time to a response may differ because of the complexity or nature of a question, as well as variations in daily post volume. Many Apple customers are experts when it comes to Apple products and are therefore encouraged to share their valued technical expertise in these forums, and help others achieve success with their Apple products.
