DISCUSSION

    Microsoft Works 3.0 will give the message "Not enough memory" when attempting to open a file saved from ClarisWorks as MS Works 2.0. This happens even if it is a small file and you allocate extra memory to MS Works.

    Saving the file from ClarisWorks as either Microsoft Works 1.1 or Microsoft Word 4.0 allows the file to be opened by Microsoft Works 3.0.
