If you have a floating spreadsheet frame on a word processing document on any page but the first and you deleted all of the text on the page containing the frame the page will disappear but the contents of a cell in the spreadsheet frame will be found by doing a find in the Find/Change dialog box. The find will not display the page with the frame but does acknowledge the presence of the item you were looking for. To make the frame reappear you need to select the text tool, click into the document and hit enter to add more pages.
