The correct way to configure AOL in Claris Emailer to connect via the Internet is to simply choose Claris Emailer TCP from the Network popup menu in the AOL Service Setup window.

Do not try to connect by clicking the Configure button and selecting the TCPack for AOL connection tool. This tool can only be used with the AOL client software. If you try to connect to AOL via TCP this way, Claris Emailer will just keep trying unsuccessfully. Click the Stop button in the Connection Status window, and change your AOL Service Setup to use Claris Emailer TCP.
