If an AppleShare IP server has been configured to disconnect idle users after a certain period of time, and is configured to send a message to them when they are disconnected, some users may not receive this message when they are disconnected.

Workstations using AppleShare client 3.7.4 and earlier receive the idle disconnect message. Workstations using AppleShare client 3.8 and later do not receive the message, but they are disconnected as scheduled. These clients receive other messages sent by the AppleShare IP administrator.
