Even though the "Show when I am being observed" option is deselected in Network Assistant Security, the eyeballs may still be present at the top of the screen when controlling or observing a workstation.

Occasionally this setting can become stuck and the setting in Network Assistant Security preference is not obeyed. Network Assistant Security keeps its settings in the Network Assistant Preferences in the System Folder.

A possible solution is to drag the Network Assistant Preferences file of the computer to be controled to the Trash, and restart the computer. After restarting, the security settings must be reset with the Network Assistant Security program.
