This article explains how to receive a replacement QuickTime Pro key if ordered through the Web.

Canada and the United States

If you purchased a QuickTime Pro key from the QuickTime Web site before 2001-03-15, call 1-800-676-2775 to obtain a replacement key.

If you purchased a QuickTime Pro key from The Apple Store since 2001-03-15 call 1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753) to obtain a replacement key.

Outside Canada and the United States

If you purchased a QuickTime Pro key from the QuickTime Web site before 2001-04-13 contact your local Apple technical support center. The number for your local support center is included with the materials that came with your computer.

If you purchased a QuickTime Pro key from The Apple Store (available in most areas by 2001-04-13) contact the customer service number of The Apple Store . This number is available at the bottom of The Apple Store Web page for each region.

Note: Only customers who purchase the QuickTime Pro key through the Web can get the key resent. If you purchased your QuickTime Pro upgrade from another source, the key is not available to be resent. In most cases, the replacement key will be identical to the key you lost.
