    Opening links to Web pages from QuickTime Player can be slow.

DISCUSSION

    Symptom

    After clicking on a link to a Web site within a QuickTime TV channel in QuickTime Player, the site does not come up immediately.

    Products affected

    • Mac OS X Public Beta
    • QuickTime Player

    Solution

    There may be a delay of a minute or two before the page loads in your Web browser. Apple is working to eliminate this delay in a future version of Mac OS X.
