    If the Caps Lock key is active, you are unable to drag items from the INBOX to other mail boxes.

DISCUSSION

    Symptom


    The message highlights but you can't move it out of the INBOX.

    Solution

      1. Press the Caps Lock key to release it.

      2. Move the mail messages.
