    In time zones ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), AppleShare IP (ASIP) 6.1.x may report incorrect date/time stamps for files when viewed with Windows File Sharing clients.

DISCUSSION

    Apple has identified an issue with AppleShare IP 6.1 where the date and time may be incorrectly reported in time zones ahead of GMT. This issue only occurs over Windows File Sharing (SMB) connections.

    This issue is resolved in AppleShare IP 6.2.
