TOPIC I am trying to use the QuickTime Pro serial number provided with Final Cut, but I always get a message telling me that "the registration information you have entered is not valid..." What's wrong? DISCUSSION The Final Cut Pro box contains a sheet of paper titled "Read This Before Installing Final Cut Pro." There are two stickers on the top-right corner of the page with QuickTime Pro registration information. In the QuickTime Settings control panel, make sure the "Registered To:" field is "Final Cut Pro" and the "Registration Number:" field is the exact 20-digit string on the sticker, including the dashes. The registration number is not case sensitive. |
