TOPIC This article provides important information about listening to audio CDs with Mac OS 9. DISCUSSION Newer Macintosh computers now use digital audio CD playback for increased fidelity and for improved compatibility with digital audio peripherals. On these computers, you no longer need to select the CD as the input source in the Sound control panel or Control Strip to listen to audio CDs. To record from a CD, you may need to select Internal CD as the audio source. |
