    This article provides troubleshooting information for AppleShare IP 6.3.

DISCUSSION
    • Make sure you've created an index for the volume on which the Web folder is located.
    • Check to be sure the Sherlock plug-in is in the Plug-Ins folder in your server's Web folder.
    • Try fixing volume creation dates.
        1. Open AppleShare IP Advanced Setup (located in the Web & File Server folder in the AppleShare IP folder on your server.
        2. In the Server menu, choose Fix Volume Creation Dates.
