I have a server running AppleShare IP 6.2 and At Ease Server 5.0.2. Can I upgrade my server to AppleShare IP 6.3?
DISCUSSION
At Ease for Workgroups has not been qualified for use with AppleShare IP 6.3 servers. Customers currently using At Ease are encouraged to migrate to Macintosh Manager in order to provide workstation security and management of user preferences. Macintosh Manager is supported for servers running AppleShare IP 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 as well as being included with Mac OS X Server. The Macintosh Manager client software supports workstations running Mac OS 7.6.1, Mac OS 8.0-8.6 and Mac OS 9. The following software can be downloaded from Apple's Software Update Web site: |
