    What's new in Software Update 1.1.1

    Software Update 1.1.1 provides enhancements which will make it faster to deliver Apple software updates over the Internet. Software Update1.1.1 includes Disk image support and MacBinary and AppleSingle support which allows files to be encoded more efficiently.

    This update includes the following components: the Software Update Engine application, the Software Update Scheduler extension, and the Software Update Control Panel.
