    The list of published pages in the HomePage Manager may not be visible if certain features of your Web browser are not enabled.

DISCUSSION

    Symptom

    You can't see or select Web pages you've already published when you go to the HomePage Manager section of the iTools Web site.

    Products affected

    • iTools: HomePage
    Solution

    Ensure that Scripting, Java Script and Style Sheets are enabled in the preferences of your Web browser.

    Once these options are enabled, refresh the page and you should see the published page list. In some cases, you may need to quit and reopen your Web browser before the list will be visible.
