A defective version of the RebuildWODefaultApp script was shipped with WebObjects version 3.5.1. This article contains notes and download information for a corrected version.

This patched version of the RebuildWODefaultApp script will allow the user to rebuild the WODefaultApp executable (used to launch pure-WebScript WebObjects applications) to link in database client libraries from Oracle, Sybase and/or Informix. The existing version of the script (found in /NextLibrary/WOAdaptors/WODefaultApp) contains errors that prevent the successful execution of the script. RebuildWODefaultApp is only necessary if the user plans to run a pure WebScript WebObjects application that needs to access the database via Enterprise Objects Framework
