This article shows a diagram of the Power Mac G4 (AGP Graphics/Gigabit Ethernet) logic board. Use this diagram to locate and identify ports, connectors, memory slots, and the battery.

Figure 1 shows a diagram of the Power Mac G4 (AGP Graphics/Gigabit Ethernet) logic board. You can identify the difference between the AGP Graphics logic board and the Gigabit Ethernet logic board by the presence of the internal FireWire port. The Gigabit Ethernet logic board does not have an internal FireWire port (located on the right side of the board in Figure 1).
