    When I send a fax from my PowerBook, the pages print out at the receiving fax machine with an extra 1/2 inch of white space at the top and bottom. The pages tear off in a non-standard size.

DISCUSSION


    The problem you refer to is a known problem with early Fax Sender versions. Apple recommends that you upgrade to Fax Sender 1.1.2 or later to correct the problem. Fax Sender 1.1.2 is installed from the Express Modem 1.0.4 disk and is backward compatible with the PowerBook Fax/Data Modem.
