DISCUSSION Product Description: MacDraw Pro 1.5 is the high-speed upgrade of the best- selling Macintosh graphics software for designing, illustrating, publishing and presenting. MacDraw Pro 1.5 offers full System 7 support - including QuickTime - and performance improvements making it faster than version 1.0. MacDraw Pro continues to offer superior color support, unparalleled file exchange capabilities and complete content control. New Features of MacDraw Pro 1.5: - Text entry and redraw is up to 4 times faster, using improved algorithms which improve speed without accuracy loss. - Text printing is two to five times faster (especially non- PostScript). - Improved Fast Gradient display is up to five times faster than Best Quality display, with smoother visual representation. - Launch time is reduced, and pop-up palettes are pre- drawn on program launch for better program "feel" and responsiveness. - Other optimized functions including drawing, scrolling, rotating, and selection now 20% to 200% faster.
