You can open your MacDraw II or Claris CAD libraries with the ClarisDraw 1.0 application.

1. First, if you are working with Claris CAD, you must save your drawing as a MacDraw II file.
2. Launch ClarisDraw.
3. From the File menu, choose Open....
4. Select the MacDraw II file that contains the library.
5. Click Yes to save the file and name converted the library.
If you want to open the MacDraw II drawing as a regular ClarisDraw file, not as a library, then open a new ClarisDraw file, then use Place File... (under the File menu) to insert the MacDraw II drawing into your ClarisDraw document.
